A plug adapter changes plug shape, not voltage or frequency. You can email us about box contents, plugs or chargers, or request exact-unit photos before purchase. A device sold into the US market carries its manufacturer's US warranty terms.

How can I pay?
Card and crypto payments are both available. Debit or credit card (PayPal) is available at checkout for every listing. Every listing accepts crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, USDT and Solana (SOL), sent wallet-to-wallet straight to us. To pay by card, keep Card (PayPal) selected, tap Pay by card, then pay the exact order total on PayPal's secure page. There's no cash option because VoltVault is delivery only.
I've never used crypto — how do I pay?
Buy BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT (TRC-20 OK) or SOL on any major app (Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken, etc.), then at checkout follow the delivery and payment steps before you scan or copy our wallet address and send the exact order total. One thing to know first: if you fund the app from a linked bank account, the deposit is usually held and you won't be able to send the crypto for days . Withdrawal availability depends on the provider, account checks, payment method and location. Check that you can send the crypto before buying it. On checkout, select Crypto and tap Save order and show payment address (that sends us your items, total and address in one tap), pick a coin and network (USDC on Base recommended), send the exact amount and tap I've sent it — we confirm on-chain and ship.
Can I pay in 4 with crypto?
Pay in full by card or crypto, or split any device into 4 crypto payments: 25% down, then 3 equal payments every 2 weeks. No interest, no fees. Your device ships within 2 business days after the deposit confirms. Available worldwide, on the same terms in every country we ship to.
What if I can't make a payment on time?
Each payment is due every 2 weeks and we email a reminder 2 days before. If you can't make a payment on time, reply to that email and we'll work out a new date with you. The remaining balance is still owed.
