Shipping is free and tracked worldwide, with no minimum spend and no shipping fee added at checkout. Select your destination and confirm the total before paying; the order total is what you pay us for items and shipping. Wallet or on-ramp fees may be charged separately. Orders ship from Utah, USA within 2 business days of payment confirmation, via an insured carrier with tracking. Carrier and service vary by destination. Typical US arrival is ~3–7 business days total (dispatch + transit); outside the US, delivery is typically ~6–10 business days after dispatch, not guaranteed, and customs can add time. We email your tracking number as soon as the label is created.

How long it takes
We dispatch within 2 business days of confirmed payment, exactly as we do for a US order. Delivery then typically takes ~6–10 business days after dispatch (an estimate, not guaranteed), and customs clearance sits on top of that and is not something any seller controls. Plan for a few weeks rather than a few days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label exists.

International parcels go through customs clearance in the destination country, which can add time to delivery.
US-spec hardware
Items are sold as Open-box, never used, not factory-sealed. Packaging, plugs and charging accessories are item-specific; everything listed in the product page's contents is included. Do not assume a mains charger or US plug is included unless the listing says so. Before paying, check the model's charging requirements and any mains power supply's input label or manufacturer ratings against your local supply and socket requirements. A plug adapter changes plug shape, not voltage or frequency. You can email us about box contents, plugs or chargers, or request exact-unit photos before purchase. A device sold into the US market carries its manufacturer's US warranty terms.
Returns from outside the US
The 30-day money-back guarantee is the same wherever you are: return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. If it arrived dead or not as described, we cover return shipping. Card refunds return to the original payment method through PayPal. Crypto refunds go back in the same coin to the sending wallet by default. The one thing worth knowing in advance is the postage. If an item arrives dead or not as described, we cover the return shipping. If you simply change your mind, you cover it — and international return postage is real money, so it is worth being sure before you order rather than after.

The list above is deliberately shorter than "everywhere". We ship free worldwide except to embargoed or carrier-blocked destinations, which cannot be selected. - Pack it back up in the condition it shipped in — the device and everything that came in the box.
