Shipping

US shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend and no shipping fee added at checkout, so the order total you see is all you pay. Orders ship from Sandy, Utah, USA within 1 business day of on-chain payment confirmation, via insured carrier with tracking. US delivery is typically 2-5 business days. We email your tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Returns & refunds

We inspect and test every unit before listing. If your device arrives DOA or not matching its listed condition, email orders@shopvoltvault.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund in the crypto you paid with. Because payment is on-chain, refunds are sent to the wallet address you request during order review.

Every item on VoltVault is sold as New / Open-box / Unused — never as factory-sealed. That means the box may be opened and the unit may have been powered on for inspection and testing, but it is unused and fully functional. We label honestly so you know exactly what you're getting.
