US shipping is free on every order, to any address in the United States — no minimum spend and no shipping fee added at checkout, so the order total you see is all you pay. Orders ship from Utah, USA within 3–5 business days of on-chain payment confirmation, via insured carrier with tracking. US delivery is typically 2-5 business days. We email your tracking number as soon as the label is created. What shipping costs, and why that number

We charge you what the carrier charges us — nothing on top. Every order goes by USPS Priority Mail International, and the figure at checkout is that service's published price for your destination and your parcel's weight, taken from the USPS price list effective 2026-07-12. Heavier order, higher price; there is no flat fee subsidising one order with another. Orders above $200 also carry purchased carrier insurance for the full order value, which is shown as its own line — we would rather charge you for it than ship a console across an ocean uninsured and discover the problem when one goes missing.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 3–5 business days of your payment confirming on-chain, exactly as we do for a US order. The carrier's own published international window is a further 6–10 business days, and customs clearance sits on top of that and is not something any seller controls. Plan for a few weeks rather than a few days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label exists.

Import duties and tax

Your country's import duties, VAT or GST are not included in what you pay us, and we cannot collect them for you. They are charged to you directly by your own customs authority, usually before or on delivery. How much depends on your country and on the order value — on a several-hundred-dollar order it is commonly 15–25%, and a few countries charge substantially more than that. Look up your own country's rules before you order so the landed cost holds no surprises.

US-spec hardware

Everything ships in its original US retail packaging, with a US plug. Voltage itself is rarely the issue on modern electronics — the Apple, Sony, Samsung and Nintendo power supplies in this store are 100–240V and work anywhere — but you will need a plug adapter, and a device sold into the US market carries its manufacturer's US warranty terms.

Returns from outside the US

The 30-day money-back guarantee is the same wherever you are: any reason, refunded in full, in the coin you paid. The one thing worth knowing in advance is the postage. If an item arrives dead or not as described, we cover the return shipping. If you simply change your mind, you cover it — and international return postage is real money, so it is worth being sure before you order rather than after.

We only list a country when the postal route is one we can actually stand behind end to end — reliable tracking to the door, a customs regime that won't hand you a bill larger than the discount you came for, and a claims process that works if a parcel goes missing. Every item on VoltVault is sold as New / Open-box / Unused — never as factory-sealed. That means the box may be opened and the unit may have been powered on for inspection and testing, but it is unused and fully functional. We label honestly so you know exactly what you're getting.
