Terms of sale
These are the terms for buying from VoltVault at shopvoltvault.com. Nothing here is new: each section restates a policy already published on the site and links to the page where it lives in full. Questions go to orders@shopvoltvault.com.
What we sell
Every item is sold as New / Open-box / Unused, and never as factory-sealed. The box may have been opened and the unit may have been powered on for inspection and testing, but it is unused and fully functional. The exact condition is stated on each product page. See why the prices are this far under retail.
Payment
Checkout is crypto only. You pay directly to our published wallets in BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT (including TRC-20) or SOL. There is no card, no bank and no payment processor. Before you send anything, check that the address at checkout matches the one on our verify page character for character.
We value your payment at the coin's dollar price at the moment you sent it, using the timestamp on your own transaction. Anything within 1% of the total or within $5, whichever is larger, is treated as paid in full. If a payment is short by more than that, we email you the exact figures and you choose: send the difference, switch to something we stock at the price you actually paid, or have it returned to an address you name minus the network fee. If you overpay, we tell you and you choose a refund or credit. The full detail is on how to pay.
Shipping
US shipping is free on every order, to any address in the United States — no minimum spend and no shipping fee added at checkout, so the order total you see is all you pay. Orders ship from Utah, USA within 3–5 business days of on-chain payment confirmation, via insured carrier with tracking. Typical US arrival is ~5–10 business days total (dispatch + transit). We email your tracking number as soon as the label is created. We also ship to dozens of countries outside the US — pick yours at checkout and the exact carrier-rate shipping cost for your order appears in the total before you pay.
Returns and the 30-day money-back guarantee
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with it — any reason at all, including simply changing your mind — email orders@shopvoltvault.com within 30 days of delivery, send the item back in the condition it shipped in, and we refund you in full in the crypto you paid with. If it arrived dead on arrival or not matching its listed condition, we cover the return shipping as well; if you just changed your mind, you cover the return postage and the refund itself is still full. And if we can't ship your order at all, we refund it — same coin, back to the wallet the payment came from, within 5 business days of the 3–5 business day dispatch window closing. Refunds go back to the sending wallet by default, and we won't act on a new address that arrives in a fresh email: if you paid from an exchange and need a different one, it has to come from the same email thread that placed the order. That rule is what stops anyone who learns your order reference from redirecting your money.

Refunds
Refunds are paid in the same coin you paid with, back to the wallet the payment came from. A different refund address is only accepted from the same email thread that placed the order. We never keep money for an order we didn't ship.
