How to pay with crypto

Updated

VoltVault takes payment only in cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, or Solana (SOL). There's no card, no bank transfer, and no third-party processor sitting between you and your order. You send funds straight to our wallet, we confirm it on the public blockchain, and we ship. Here's exactly how it works, and how to check every step yourself.

Four steps, start to finish

STEP 1 · YOUR TOTAL

Add what you want to your cart and open the checkout page. It shows one number — your order total in USD. That's all you pay; US shipping is free and included.

STEP 2 · PICK A COIN

Choose Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, or Solana and send the exact total to the wallet shown. Scan the QR from another device or copy/paste the address. Send only the matching asset on the matching network to each address — four quick checks before you send.

STEP 3 · EMAIL YOUR TX

Email orders@shopvoltvault.com with your items, shipping address, and the transaction hash (your payment's ID on the blockchain). That hash is your receipt — see below how to read it yourself.

STEP 4 · WE SHIP

We confirm your payment on-chain and ship from Sandy, Utah, USA within 1 business day, with tracking. No card holds, no bank flags, no waiting on a processor.

Which coin should I use?

Any of the four works. If you want zero surprises, pay with USDC — it's a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, so the amount you send at checkout is the amount that lands, with no price swing between clicking pay and the payment confirming. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana are all fully accepted too; just send the exact total shown. Want coin-specific steps? See Pay with Bitcoin · Pay with Ethereum · Pay with USDC · Pay with Solana.

Verify your own payment on the blockchain

You don't have to take our word that a payment went through — the blockchain is public, and your transaction hash is a receipt anyone can look up. After you send, paste your tx hash into the matching explorer (mempool.space for Bitcoin, Etherscan for Ethereum/USDC-ERC20, Solscan for Solana) and you'll see the amount, the time, and that it reached our address. You can also open our real receive wallets right now, before you send a cent, and confirm they're live on-chain:

Anyone can view a wallet on these explorers, but no one can move funds without the private key — which never leaves us. Seeing our address confirmed on-chain, and your own payment landing there, is proof the whole flow is real.

Don't have crypto yet?

You can buy BTC, ETH, USDC, or SOL on any major app — Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken and others — then send it to the address at checkout. One warning worth thirty seconds of your time: if you fund the app from a linked bank account, the deposit is usually placed on hold and you won't be able to send the crypto off the platform for days, even though the balance is showing. Funding with a debit card avoids that wait. Full step-by-step for buying crypto from zero →

What if something goes wrong?

Crypto payments are final, so a little care up front matters — always confirm the address and the network before sending. If you send slightly too little (wallet fees can leave you a few cents short), or you're not sure a payment arrived, just email orders@shopvoltvault.com with your tx hash. We'll locate it on-chain and tell you exactly where things stand. Nothing ships until we've confirmed your payment, and every order is covered by our return policy if an item arrives not as described. Curious what the whole timeline looks like once you've sent? See what happens after you pay.

Why crypto-only is actually safer for you

Because there's no processor in the middle, there are no card holds, no chargebacks that can freeze a store's funds, and no bank flags on your electronics purchase. Payments are recorded on a public ledger you can audit yourself. Still deciding? Read is VoltVault legit — and how to verify us or the full FAQ.
