How to pay with crypto
VoltVault takes payment only in cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, or Solana (SOL). There's no card, no bank transfer, and no third-party processor sitting between you and your order. You send funds straight to our wallet, we confirm it on the public blockchain, and we ship. Here's exactly how it works, and how to check every step yourself.
Four steps, start to finish
Add what you want to your cart and open the checkout page. It shows one number — your order total in USD. That's all you pay; US shipping is free and included.
Choose Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, or Solana and send the exact total to the wallet shown. Scan the QR from another device or copy/paste the address. Send only the matching asset on the matching network to each address — five quick checks before you send.
Go back to the checkout page, pick the coin you sent, and tap Place my order. That hands us your items, total and delivery address in one tap — there is nothing to email. Pasting your transaction hash there is optional and only speeds up matching; keep it either way, because it is your receipt — see below how to read it yourself.

Five quick checks before you send
These five checks take about a minute, and they are what make the transfer land exactly right the first time — right network, right amount, our address. Run them once before you send; after that it is just us confirming on-chain and shipping. Good news first: our three addresses are in three incompatible formats — Bitcoin's starts bc1, Ethereum's starts 0x, Solana's is a long base58 string — so if you pick the wrong chain family, your wallet or exchange refuses the address before a cent moves. That rejection is a safety net, not a bug. The one case nothing catches: our 0x address is also valid on Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Linea, zkSync and BNB Smart Chain. USDC alone is natively issued on more than 30 networks and we confirm payments on three of them — Ethereum mainnet, Base and Solana. So on the withdrawal screen, select the network by name instead of trusting the default. If you're sending USDC and the choice is yours, pick Base — it's the same dollar to us and the network fee you pay is a small fraction of a mainnet send.
Almost every "I underpaid" story is a network fee. Wallets and exchanges take that fee out of the figure you typed, so entering the order total can send slightly less than the order total. Ignore the box you typed in and read the "recipient gets" / "you will receive" line — that number is the one that has to match. Two shortcuts that remove the arithmetic completely: pay in USDC (it tracks the dollar 1:1, so the total is the amount), and scan the checkout QR with your phone so the address fills itself in — the long string is the part people actually get wrong.
None of our four addresses use a memo, destination tag or comment. Some exchange withdrawal forms show that field anyway, because chains like XRP, XLM and Cosmos need one — none of ours do. Leave it blank. Anything typed there is simply ignored, and an empty field will never be the reason a payment doesn't arrive.
Send the whole total in a single transfer to a single address. Splitting it across two coins or two addresses doesn't get you there faster, it just makes the payment harder to match to your order. The moment it's sent, copy the transaction hash and paste it into the matching explorer — mempool.space for Bitcoin, Etherscan for Ethereum, Solscan for Solana. You can then prove exactly what left your wallet and where it landed, yourself, without needing anyone to confirm it for you.
Every address you should ever send to is the one rendered on our checkout page, on this site, over HTTPS — and you can open it on a block explorer before you move a cent. We will never email, message or text you a different wallet address, and we will never ask you to re-send a payment to a "new" or "corrected" one. If any message claims our address changed, it did not come from us — close it, load checkout yourself, and compare the address character by character. Checkout is the only place our addresses ever come from — take it from there every time and your payment reaches us.
If the amount that lands isn't exactly right
Every page here tells you to make the amount exact, and that is the right advice — but fee slack, rounding and a moving exchange rate all mean "exact" is harder than it sounds, so we take that off your plate. The short version: small differences are on us. Here is the whole policy, in the order it applies — published in advance, so you can hold us to it.
Your total is in dollars; what you send is coin — so the exchange rate decides whether it "matches". We fix that rate at the moment your transfer hits the network, and the timestamp is on your own transaction, so we are both reading the same number off the same public ledger. Whatever the market does while your payment confirms is our problem, not yours. To put a real size on it: across the 350 hours to 27 July 2026, the median one-hour move in Bitcoin was 0.16% and the worst single hour was 1.86% — on a $500 order, about $0.80 typically and $9.30 in the worst hour of two weeks. You will never be asked to top up because a chart moved after you pressed send.
Even at the right rate, an exchange's withdrawal fee or plain rounding can land you a little short. If what arrives is within 1% of your total, or within $5 — whichever allowance is larger — the order is simply paid. We ship, and you never get an email about the difference. On our cheapest item ($49) that covers you to $5; on the most expensive ($799) it covers $7.99. This is policy, published in advance — not a favour we might decide to do.
Short by more than that and nothing is lost, and nothing is quietly kept. We email you the exact arithmetic — what you sent, the price it was worth when you sent it, and the gap to the cent — and you pick one of three: send the difference in the same coin, switch to anything we stock at the price you actually paid, or have it back. Sending it back means what landed goes to any address you name, minus only the network fee to move it — well under a cent on Solana, and on 27 July 2026 the Bitcoin network was clearing at 1 sat/vB, roughly 9¢ for a typical payment. We do not keep money for an order we didn't ship.
Sending slightly too much is the more common mistake, and the easy thing for a store to do is say nothing. We email you the difference and you choose — back to a wallet you name, or held as credit against your next order. Either way you hear it from us before you spot it yourself.
That policy covers the amount. The five checks above cover the address and the network — together they are what make the whole thing land first time.
Which coin should I use?
Any of the four works. If you want zero surprises, pay with USDC — it's a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, so the amount you send at checkout is the amount that lands, with no price swing between clicking pay and the payment confirming. Verify your own payment on the blockchain
You don't have to take our word that a payment went through — the blockchain is public, and your transaction hash is a receipt anyone can look up. After you send, paste your tx hash into the matching explorer (mempool.space for Bitcoin, Etherscan for Ethereum/USDC-ERC20, Solscan for Solana) and you'll see the amount, the time, and that it reached our address. What this check is for: confirming the address at checkout is ours, character for character. It is the match that matters — not history, not balance — and it is what catches a cloned site or a "corrected address" message. One technical note so nothing surprises you: on Solana an address only registers as an existing account once a payment lands on it, which is standard for the network. After you send, your own transaction on that address is a receipt you can look up any time.
