Every order is covered — here’s exactly how
Your Magic Keyboard for iPad Air 13-inch is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — any reason at all, including simply changing your mind. Send it back in the condition it shipped in and we refund the item price in full. Crypto refunds go back in the same coin to the sending wallet by default. For app or exchange payments, do not use the app's sending address: it may not be yours. Before a refund, email orders@shopvoltvault.com from the email address on your order with your order reference to verify a receive destination you control for the same coin and network. An email alone does not authorize a refund or an address change.
- Every order carries it, at every price. The cheapest thing we sell is the Apple Pencil (USB-C) at $59, and it is covered exactly the same way as this one — an easy place to start if you would rather see how we pack, ship and communicate first.
- Your dispatch window is a commitment, not a hope. Once your crypto payment confirms, we ship from Utah, USA within 2 business days, and we email your tracking number the same day our shipping team supplies it. If business day 5 ever passes without it, email orders@shopvoltvault.com with VoltVault order VV- plus your order number in the subject line so we can find your order and check its dispatch status.
- Refund routing follows how you paid.
- VoltVault Team answers, and your addresses stay yours. We will never email you a different wallet address — the only addresses that are ever valid are the ones published on this site. Keep your transaction hash as well: it is a permanent, public record of exactly what you sent and where.
