We don’t send refunds to a new address that shows up in a fresh email — if you paid from an exchange and need a different one, it has to come from the same email thread that placed the order. That rule protects you more than it protects us.
• Two things worth knowing about our email. We’re small enough that a reply may come from a personal address rather than orders@shopvoltvault.com — we don’t have outbound mail on the domain yet, and we’d rather tell you than have it look like a phish. What we will never do is email you a different wallet address. The only addresses that are ever valid are the ones published on this site.
• What page furniture is worth: HTTPS, a published wallet address and a city in the footer are free for anyone to put on a page, us included — they tell you a site was built carefully, not that a box ships. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is different in one specific way: it costs us money every time someone uses it, and it is the promise we would rather be judged on.
