It's listed as Open-box, never used. In plain terms: the box may be open and the unit may have been powered on to inspect and test it, but it's never used and fully functional — we never sell it as factory-sealed. The exact condition is stated on this page, and if you return it under the 30-day money-back guarantee, we refund the item price in full. Card refunds return to the original payment method through PayPal. Crypto refunds go back in the same coin to the sending wallet by default.

Yes. The eShop you see, its prices and currency, and Nintendo Switch Online follow the country set on your Nintendo Account, not where the console was sold. Sign in with your existing account and your digital library and subscriptions come with you. A new account should use your own country.

The Nintendo Switch 2 plays compatible physical and digital Switch games, but some titles are unsupported or not fully compatible, and a few need original Joy-Con or accessories that aren't in this listing. Check your titles on Nintendo's compatible-games list before you order.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a US retail unit, so its power supply has a US-style plug. Before paying, check the power supply's printed input rating against your local supply: a plug adapter changes the plug shape, not the voltage. Email orders@shopvoltvault.com and we'll share a photo of the rating and confirm the box contents.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and mark the order as a gift with a note. Gift orders are packed with a slip that shows no prices. The tracking number is emailed when the label is created.

Yes. Shipping for the Nintendo Switch 2 is free and tracked to every country and territory listed at checkout. It ships from Utah within 2 business days of confirmed payment; outside the US, delivery typically takes about 6–10 business days after dispatch, not guaranteed. If your country isn't listed, don't send payment — email orders@shopvoltvault.com first.

The 30-day money-back guarantee on the Nintendo Switch 2 is the same in every country: return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. If it arrives dead or not as listed, we cover the return shipping. If you simply change your mind, you cover the return postage and the refund is still full — so for international orders, check power, compatibility and contents before you order.
