The Switch OLED has a 7-inch OLED screen with deep blacks. The Switch 2 has a larger 7.9-inch 1080p screen. Which looks better to you is partly taste; the Switch 2 screen is bigger and sharper.

Performance and new games

The Switch 2 is more powerful, and some new games are made only for it. If the games you want are Switch 2 titles, that decides it.
