Open-box, never used is not "used"
The retail box has been opened, so we do not sell it as factory-sealed. Nobody has played on the console and nothing was repaired. If you are comparing it with a used Switch 2 elsewhere, ask that seller about wear and returns; ours has a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery.
