How to buy a PS5 Pro with Bitcoin or USDC (and which one to pick)
Short answer: both work for the PS5 Pro. Pick USDC if you want the amount you send to equal the dollar price, with a small network fee. Pick Bitcoin if you already hold BTC and prefer to spend it rather than convert. Either way, save your order first, send the exact amount checkout shows on the network named there, and keep your transaction hash.
The difference in one table
| | Bitcoin (BTC) | USDC | |---|---|---| | What you send | A BTC amount calculated from the dollar total | The dollar total, 1 USDC = 1 US dollar | | Networks we accept | Bitcoin mainnet only (on-chain, bc1 address) | Base, Ethereum or Solana. Pick one at checkout | | Typical confirmation | Usually about 10–60 minutes, depending on fees | Usually minutes on Base or Solana | | Network fee | Paid in BTC and varies with network demand | Small on Base or Solana. On Base the fee is usually paid in ETH on Base | | Price movement | The rate is set when your transfer hits the network. See how to pay for our published small-difference policy | None to speak of. It tracks the dollar | | Good for | People who already hold BTC | First-time crypto buyers and card buyers |
On a large order like a PS5 Pro, a wrong network is the costly mistake. A few cents of rounding is not.

No crypto yet? Use a card to buy it first
VoltVault accepts crypto only. The pay-with-card guide explains each option:
MoonPay: buy USDC on Base into a wallet you own. Then send it to the address from checkout. Phantom: buy USDC or SOL on Solana inside the app. Then pay with that same coin on Solana at checkout. Cash App (US only): bitcoin only. Buy at least the BTC amount checkout shows, then send it on-chain, not over Lightning.
Each app sets its own fees, holds and identity checks. Buying crypto does not pay your order. Only the send to our checkout address does.

Common questions
Is Bitcoin or USDC cheaper for a PS5 Pro?
Usually USDC on Base or Solana, where network fees are small. Bitcoin fees change with demand, and exchanges may add a withdrawal fee on either coin.
What if Bitcoin's price moves while my payment confirms?
The rate is set when your transfer reaches the network, not when it confirms. You will not be asked to top up because the price moved after you sent. Our how to pay page explains how we handle small differences, shortfalls and overpayments.
Can I pay with Bitcoin over Lightning?
No. Send on-chain BTC to the bc1 address shown at checkout. A Lightning payment cannot reach that address.
I sent USDC on the wrong network. What now?
Email orders@shopvoltvault.com from the address on your order, with your order reference and transaction hash, and wait for a reply before sending anything else. Whether it can be recovered depends on the network and address involved.
