Open-box at Best Buy vs open-box, never used
"Open-box" does not mean the same thing everywhere. Best Buy's open-box Series X page describes its open-box items as "opened and returned by another customer" (read October 28, 2026). It grades them Excellent, Good or Fair and prices each grade differently, says each open-box item is unique, and suggests visiting a store to see its condition.
