How it works
- Timing: we dispatch within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment. International transit then takes about 6–10 business days. Customs clearance in India can add time.
- Shipping: free and tracked. At checkout, pick India in the country field; shipping stays at $0.
- Import duty and IGST: Indian Customs can charge customs duty and IGST on imported electronics, usually collected by the courier before delivery. These are not included in the checkout total. The amount depends on customs classification and the value Customs assesses, so check India's official customs rules before ordering.
- Payment: card (secure checkout via Whop) or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, SOL). Payment happens only in our store checkout. Many Indian debit and credit cards need international online payments switched on in your bank app first.
- Exchange rate: the rupee amount next to each price is an approximate reference only (rate of 16/10/2026). You are always charged the USD price; your bank or card may apply its own rate and fees.
- Power and plugs: India uses 230 V mains. Check the product page's contents and the power supply's rating before paying; a plug adapter changes plug shape, not voltage.
